Comply With E-Invoicing Regulations in Poland
Since 2018, Poland has mandated the receipt and processing of e-invoices for central, regional, and local authorities. Starting in 2026, this requirement will extend to B2B entities. To comply with e-invoicing regulations, Poland has established two distinct systems: the National E-invoicing Platform (PEF) for B2G transactions and the KSeF for B2B transactions. KSeF will go live in 2026. Here are the relevant regulations:
Invoice Archiving
According to the Polish regulations, e-invoices must be archived for a period of up to 5 years.
