Automation Sees Boost in Positive Perception Over the Past Year

The perception of automation has significantly improved in the past year, with more than 85% of the people now viewing it in a positive light. This shift highlights growing acceptance and enthusiasm for the technology’s role in the workplace.

While AI adoption varies across industries, very negative views are now virtually nonexistent.
“In the past, we often had to explain what AI is and its potential applications. Today, that’s no longer necessary – most people understand what AI is. However, the question of how to effectively leverage it remains a significant challenge for organizations worldwide.”

Nearly 50% of Workers Say Company Training on AI and Automation Falls Short

Half of surveyed professionals feel their companies aren’t providing enough training to effectively use AI and automation.

This highlights a key opportunity for businesses to invest in stronger training programs, which would boost productivity, efficiency, and reduce risks tied to misuse of these technologies.
“The report’s findings on AI training are concerning. Ignoring employee training is like building a high-performance race car and then expecting someone to win a race with no driving experience. Companies must invest in thorough AI training to empower their employees and unlock AI’s full potential.”
